Nobot, a public company that operates Japan’s second largest mobile ad network (“AdMaker”) (main office: Ota-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Kiyotaka Kobayashi), has formed a business partnership with Airpush Inc. (main office: California, USA; CEO Asher Delug), the first mobile ad network based on push notifications. The two companies have integrated their advertising delivery systems in order to provide one solution for the mobile advertising market in Japan.

Through the business collaboration, advertisers who place ads through “AdMaker” can seamlessly reach Airpush’s global network of over 10,000 Android application developers. The partnership will significantly expand Nobot’s network footprint on Android, while providing Airpush with access to hundreds of premium advertisers in Japan .

To date, Nobot has collaborated with many leading mobile advertising companies including Mojiva (USA, David Gwozdz), BuzzCity(Singapore, KF Lai), Medialets (New York, Eric Litman), and Smaato(California, Ragnar Kruse). The partnership with Airpush positions Nobot as the first company in Japan to offer push notification advertising, which is an extremely fast growing segment in the mobile advertising market. Nobot plans to continue partnering with leading mobile advertising companies, including further Asian expansion in markets such as South Korea and China.

About AdMaker http://www.ad-maker.net/
“AdMaker” is a service to help in maximizing advertising profits for those who manage smartphone targeted web sites, as properly as those who develop smartphone applications for iPhone/Android and other platforms. As of April of 2011, approximately 1.3 billion ads have been shown by means of advertising networks, and much more than 2,700 SDKs have been distributed.

“AdMaker” provides both CPC(Cost Per Click) advertising, which is billed based on the number of clicks received, and CPM (Cost Per Mille) advertising, which is billed based on the number of times the ad appears, and CPI(Cost Per Install) advertising, which is billed based on the number of the apps installations.

About Airpush Inc. http://www.airpush.com/
Founded in Los Angeles by mobile advertising veterans, Airpush is the first mobile ad network based on push notifications. Users receive ads in the notification tray of their Android devices, where they can be viewed when convenient rather than while using an app. This generates significantly more ad engagement versus traditional in-app ads.
