Ryan T. Dunn and Constantine “Gus” M. Panagotacos are pleased to announce the opening of their new law firm, Dunn & Panagotacos LLP, a downtown San Francisco litigation boutique. D&P is proud to offer its clients practical solutions to real problems. Whether the client is a Fortune 500 company or an individual, D&P has a clear understanding of its clients’ goals, and strives to achieve those goals in the most cost-effective manner, while zealously advocating for its clients.

Co-founder, Ryan T. Dunn, a 5th generation San Franciscan, has been a litigator for over ten years, specializing in personal injury litigation and business litigation, including product liability, real estate, landlord-tenant, commercial liability, professional liability, premises liability and complex business disputes. Ryan attended St. Ignatius College Preparatory in San Francisco and continued his Jesuit education at Santa Clara University and the University of San Francisco School of Law. While in law school, Ryan was active in Moot Court and an Editor of the U.S.F. Maritime Law Journal.

Co-founder, Constantine “Gus” M. Panagotacos, an East Bay native, has represented clients in a wide variety of legal matters, specializing in commercial litigation, contract disputes, unfair competition claims, financial services litigation, commercial lease negotiations, real estate, franchise law, toxic tort litigation and personal injury. Gus attended U.C. Berkeley where he played varsity baseball and received scholar athlete awards. Gus went on to achieve his J.D. and his M.B.A. from the University of San Francisco. During law school, Gus worked as a research assistant for Professors William Bassett and Robert Talbot and served as a director of the Investor Justice Clinic, handling arbitration claims with the NASD (now FINRA).

Thomas G. Dunn, a native San Franciscan and ‘of counsel’ to the firm, brings over 30 years of litigation experience and over 50 jury trials taken to verdict. Mr. Dunn has served as Judge Pro Tem and Court appointed arbitrator for multiple counties throughout California. Mr. Dunn is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).
