Full-service incentive, loyalty and employee recognition company LoyalNation has formed a partnership with renowned author and employee engagement authority Dr. Paul Marciano to broaden its services to businesses seeking to reward and incentivize customers, dealers and employees.

The book was selected as recommended reading by the prestigious Business Book Review (BBR) and is among just 700 titles summarized for the BBR Library over the past 25 years.
