Fisher Auction Company has announced the auction of the “Corporate Park at Inverrary”, two corporate office buildings totaling 122,441± on 5.21± acres for Tuesday, July 19th, 2011, onsite at the premises located at 3800 Inverrary Boulevard, Lauderhill, Florida 33319.

A portion of this two building, 4-story contemporary office park was leased to the City of Lauderhill until the completion and relocation of their staff to the city’s new complex.

“These corporate office buildings are being sold via auction at or above $37 psf”, said Lamar Fisher, President and CEO of Fisher Auction Company, “We just received a bank appraisal for $11 million." Fisher added “With our marketing efforts and the unique location of these office buildings, I have already seen mounting interest being generated with the announcement of the auction.” The property is being offered for sale direct from Horizon Lending LLC.
