New book shares author’s struggles after the loss of her husband

Carol S. Hackett graduated from Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in elementary and secondary education. She married her high school sweetheart in her senior year at OSU and together the two raised five children. Hackett went on to graduate from Bowling Green State University with a Master of Arts degree in the history and literature of Spain and Latin America.
