CodeTwo released a brand new program for synchronizing Microsoft Outlook data. CodeTwo Outlook Sync has been created for those who need to synchronize Outlook folders between two machines in an easy way. Along with a commercial version of the program, the developer has also published a freeware version which lets users sync calendars and contacts. Both of these versions are available on CodeTwo’s official website.
- When creating CodeTwo Outlook Sync our main goal was to address typical issues Microsoft Outlook users encounter every day whenever they attempt to share folders between two computers. As a result we’ve built an intuitive and extremely easy-to-use tool which solves these problems. – said Michal Bednarz, the Managing Director of CodeTwo.
CodeTwo Outlook Sync is perfect for small business and home use as well. It comes in handy to sync Outlook between managers and assistants or between laptop and desktop of the same user. The program’s role is to quickly mirror all or selected Outlook folders on a second PC.
- During the installation and configuration, users point another machine in the network they want to share Outlook data with. The entire process is remarkably straightforward. – said Szymon Szczesniak, the Marketing Manager of CodeTwo.
CodeTwo Outlook Sync is not the first program authored by CodeTwo. Their flagship product, CodeTwo Public Folders, was designed as Exchange Server alternative and allows sharing Outlook between many computers without server, additional software and administration. What is more, CodeTwo Exchange Sync makes Exchange Server folder synchronization possible and lets smart phones’ users sync their mobile devices with Exchange public folders.
