All an interested buyer needs to do is download a QR code app onto his smartphone, such as the iPhone, and point it at one of Robbins' yard signs (or any other marketing piece he generated a QR code for) and they are instantly connected to a mobile webpage or even to a YouTube video of the property for their private research and information.

At the same time, Kent is alerted by a text message with the phone number and name of the person who just scanned the marketing material for more information and he can then easily offer more assistance and information by simply replying back with another text message. Thereby offering the prospect more privacy than ever, yet having the ability to more easily communite with them as they need assistance.

Ceda Realty has also recognized the need for state-of-the-art communication tools for their agents and purchase iPads for all their new agents after the closing of two sales. The iPads become the registered property of the agent and iPad usage classes educating the agents to new features that will benefit their clients and facilitate sales are ongoing.
