What Are You Willing to Do to Get What You Really Want?
(PRWEB) June 20, 2011
“With things as they are in the world today, what we all need is a reality wake-up call,” says Paula Renaye, award-winning author and life transformation speaker. “We don’t have to stay in that place of confusion, tied up in knots, not knowing what to do.”
From July 4th through August 30th, Renaye will be discussing fast-track transformation tips and techniques from her new release, The Hardline Self Help Handbook. Dubbed a “crash course in self tough love,” the step-by-step guide gives readers easy yet powerful ways to move out of confusion and turmoil and into clarity and comfort.
As a certified professional coach, motivational speaker, award-winning author, healing arts practitioner, and consultant, Renaye found that many of her clients faced similar issues that she had in her own life and were staying stuck in some of the very same ways. Renaye says, “I’m giving readers what I needed and couldn’t find. I needed the secret before The Secret.”
This cut-to-the-chase approach to personal development and self-improvement challenges readers to take the hard line and not let themselves off the hook. “Blame, guilt, fear, and denial, only prolong the process,” says Renaye. “By facing reality and understanding why we made the choices that created it, it becomes easy to see how to make different choices that will give us what we really want.”
The book uses seemingly simple guided questioning to lead readers to discover why they do what they do, what they really want in their lives and how they can get it. Renaye says, “This book is like a best friend who sits you down and tells you what you don’t want to hear—the truth—then helps you use that truth to figure out what you really want and what you have to do to get it.”
On the tour, Renaye will be discussing how to use the hard-line approach to get clarity and direction on relationship issues, health and nutrition crises, work and career challenges, and even dealing with negative people. “And best of all,” says Renaye, “by the end of the book you’ll have a personalized road map to having the life you’ve always dreamed about.”
In keeping with the theme of Independence Day, “The Hardline Self Help Handbook” Tour celebrates the power of choice and the freedom and independence that come from using that power to create a better life.
