The Stockyards Stables announces the addition of Tricia Aldridge to begin it's horse training and lesson program at the Historic Fort Worth Stockyards in Fort Worth, TX. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=38crvrnN-lI
As a world champion trainer with over 10,000 hours of riding and training experience, Tricia Aldridge will instruct the local students as well as the many visitors that come from all around the country and the world to enjoy the unique and historic atmosphere at the Stockyards. http://www.fortworthstockyards.org/
A phenomenal, natural horse trainer, Tricia Aldridge is known for training and showing futurity barrel horses in the Fort Worth region. She is also very talented training stallions. WFAA's own Gloria Campos got to enjoy riding one of the stallions Tricia trained during Tricia's two appearances on Wednesday's Child. Wednesday's Child features children that are trying to find homes willing to adopt them. Tricia has placed in the top ten of Eventing in her class, on the youngest horse in her class, that she trained. So she has the rare combination of having the ability to train horses and instruct riders in both the English and western disciplines. Tricia is a very advanced bareback rider and she covers all aspects of training from 30 days under saddle to the show ring. She wants you to have a very willing partner you can enjoy for years.
Tricia makes it easy for everyone to understand horses for all skill levels. As one of her students recently said "I have learned more from you during one morning lesson then I have learned in an entire year of lessons with the last instructor I had!" Tricia teaches a center point riding style that allows riders to stay in control, and have a wonderful partner they can trust. Stallions, mares, geldings, young horses, all welcome.
Tricia Aldridge is excited about the opportunity that has been given to her, as she looks forward to attracting more business to the newly remodeled and recently opened Stockyards Stables located at 128 E. Exchange Ave. in a historic building that was originally built in 1912.
The Stockyards Stables is a full service barn that has full care boarding, overnight boarding, rental horses, carriage rides, and a petting zoo. Across the street from the Cowtown Coliseum which hosts the Stockyards Champion Rodeo every Friday and Saturday night. The stables are located next to miles of Trinity River Trails and plenty of shops, restaurants, hotels and entertainment for all ages to enjoy.
