BigHand Inc., the global leader in voice productivity technology launched its first series of North American Regional User Conferences in June 2011, after increasing annual revenue by 54 percent to $21.5M in the fiscal year ending March 31st 2011. BigHand’s commitment to delivering market leading product innovation and exceptional client service has put the BigHand enterprise software and mobile applications into the hands of more than 20,000 professionals in the US and Canada, taking the total global user base to more than 135,000 individuals.
Steve Butterworth, President and CEO of BigHand Inc., comments:
“At the start of 2010 we made a promise to clients to develop innovative new technology that would be accessible to all. We have delivered on this promise through significant investment in product development expertise and comprehensive dialogue with our clients, culminating in the recent release of our major new version, BigHand 4. New features and enhancements available within BigHand 4 led to several requests by clients to host user group meetings. As part of these user conferences, we are increasing the amount of interaction our clients have with our Products Team, to help directly shape the future direction of our software. The strength of our direct relationship with our clients has played a critical role in making last fiscal year our most successful to date. We will be continuing to invest in new technologies to help support our clients around the world and deliver even more market leading product innovation in the year ahead.’’
Attending the Charlotte User Conference was Rhonda Glenn, Information Technology Director for Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel PC, who commented, “I have extremely high expectations of my vendors.
