Men don’t have to fall in a rut or fear they’ve run out of time to accomplish their goals and dreams. I’m living proof—along with mounting research studies to support my approach.
Las Vegas, NV (PRWEB) June 21, 2011
Healthy aging expert Dr. Jeffry S. Life appeared on the “Men in the Middle” CBS Sunday Morning segment to show men there’s no fear in growing older if they follow a science-based, multi-faceted medical approach, announced Cenegenics® Medical Institute. Life is a Cenegenics physician partner, often featured on major TV shows and in Cenegenics ad campaigns. His New York Times best-selling book targets aging boomer men and is available online, at major bookstores and for Kindle—”The Life Plan: How Any Man Can Achieve Lasting Health, Great Sex, and a Stronger, Leaner Body.”
Life—a 72 year old with the body of a 30 year old—devised a step-by-step program for boomer men that introduces a healthy aging lifestyle that helps them defeat any would-be midlife crisis demons.
“No one is more amazed at what I’m accomplishing and how I look at age 72. Men don’t have to fall in a rut or fear they’ve run out of time to accomplish their goals and dreams. I’m living proof—along with mounting research studies to support my approach. Hands down, it takes a healthy aging program of the right nutrition, sound exercise, quality supplements and, when clinically indicated, correcting hormone deficiencies,” Life said.
Men begin to lose hormones starting at age 30 to the tune of 1% per year. Research, Life says, demonstrates that diminished hormones (i.e. testosterone, thyroid, estrogen, progesterone and human growth hormone) contribute to all of the age-related diseases, including cardiovascular disease, diabetes, cancer and Ahlzeimer’s.
His book, “The Life Plan,” addresses those hormonal issues and shares the same science-based, multi-level healthy aging approach that brought Life to new levels of fitness he had never dreamed possible 10-15 years ago when he was pre-diabetic, pot-bellied with rising cholesterol and sugar levels.
“My goal with my age management medicine practice and “The Life Plan” book is to empower men with a medical approach backed by solid science so they can prevent age-related disease—and get their passion back for every facet of their lives,” Life said.
