Seven Hospitality Group proudly announces Lake Forest, California will be the location of their newest concept, “Brü Grill & Market”. The restaurant is slated to debut to the public in September of this year in The Orchard Shopping Center.
Brü Grill & Market is a completely new concept, rooted in the pure love of incredible food, amazing craft brews and wines. We like to call it “Great Eats. Great Brü’s. Great Crü’s” said Seven Hospitality founder, Matt Pannek.
Brü Grill features American "New Urban" Cuisine. Leading the culinary efforts is Bru Grill's own Executive Chef Tripp Mauldin. Chef Tripp Mauldin is one of California’s finest Chefs and culinary talents. Formerly Executive Chef at Pelican Grill located in the exclusive Pelican Hill resort in Newport Beach, Chef Tripp brings incredible talent and vision to Brü.
“American Cuisine is a melting pot of cuisine, ingredients, and traditions brought from immigrants from around the world. Brü Grill is creating a menu experience that draws from the many influences, ingredients, cooking techniques and traditions that make American cuisine unique and open to interpretation in an urban setting. All of the foods are organic, sustainable, hormone free and all natural”, said Chef Tripp. “The menu will be very approachable, everything from the Brü Burger to fresh grilled fish, from pizza’s and flatbreads from our wood burning oven to aged steaks.”
Guests enter the restaurant through a small market and tasting room that features over 100 craft brews, 50 wines, gourmet cheeses, artisan breads and other related gourmet items. The restaurant will have over 36 brews on tap and all bottled brews and wines from the market will be available in the restaurant.
One of the primary goals of the market and tasting room is to educate and inspire. Each item in the market will have a story card that tells a little about the product and the artisans that created it.
In the center of the market is a large rustic “Community Table”… where guests can enjoy flights of brews and wines while pairing them with a selection of fine cheeses. Special events in the market will allow guests to learn directly from the artisans, brewers, wine makers and Brü Grill's own Executive Chef.
Craft brew selections will be made by award winning and accomplished craft brewer, Brian Cockle. “We will be showcasing several great Orange County breweries, including The Bruery, Bootleggers, Nobel Ale Works, Cismontane, and Anaheim Brewery” said Cockle. Wine selections are being prepared by a Master Sommelier, with a focus on unique, boutique, organic wines that can’t easily be found.
