JIK Properties will be holding an open house at The Villas at Jasmine Fields for the public to view the newly renovated Pensacola apartments.
“We’re thrilled to invite the Pensacola community to see the renovated apartment homes at The Villas at Jasmine Fields,” said Tom Bartelmo, President and CEO of J.I. Tours of the apartment homes will be given from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. A pool party hosted by The Villas at Jasmine Fields and 107.3 The Groove will take place from 12 p.m. – 2 p.m. Attendees will have the opportunity to win many prizes, including an iPad, cash and free rent. Food and drinks will be provided.
“Tours of the apartment homes will be given all day, and everyone is welcome to join us at the pool party for a barbeque and an opportunity to win numerous prizes,” said Bartelmo.
J.I. Kislak bought the financially distressed Villas at Jasmine Fields in January, along with two other multifamily properties, Jasmine Creek and Villas at Jasmine Park.
