This year’s show takes place on June 26th at Oregon Ridge located at 13401 Beaver Dam Rd, Cockeysville, MD. The show will be held rain or shine. Each year organizers of the event get more than 60 cars. The cars date back to as early as the 1930s. The Oregon Ridge Park is a lovely environment for the whole family, and a great location for car lovers to see the great line-up of classics scheduled for this year – as well as some modern vehicles – including FIAT. All proceeds will benefit The Assistance Center of Towson Churches. The ACTC offers an ecumenical program providing help to poor and needy families in our community.
Additionally, awards will be given in several categories for displayed vehicles. Wheels at the Ridge will have a special feature: V-12 cars, and commemorative posters available. These limited, numbered posters are by renowned automotive artist Bill Burrows, who will be on site to sign your poster.
Heritage FIAT will display several of the new arrivals at this year’s event allowing visitors to check out the remodel as well as contrast it to older versions of the brand - A real treat for true auto-enthusiasts. People inquiring about the models will be greeting by FIAT brand endorsers to help answer any questions about the vehicles.
Heritage FIAT now open at 11216 Reisterstown Rd, Owings Mills, MD, has just received its first fleet of the brand new 500s. The trucks were greeted with onlookers to watch the hot new vehicles get unloaded at the dealership. The building remodel is underway, transforming the former Saturn dealership in to a FIAT “studio.” This location is one of a select few to open in Maryland, and will be the only FIAT dealership in the Baltimore-metro area, making it an exclusive destination for the import.
The FIAT 500– a small, retro-styled coupe gets EPA mileage ratings of 38 mpg highway, 30 city and 33 in combined driving with the five-speed manual transmission. Prices for the 500 will start at $15,500 for the base model called the Pop. The biggest seller is expected to be the midlevel Sport model that starts at $17,500. The more highly equipped model, the Lounge, has a $19,500-to-start version that includes 15-inch aluminum wheels, automatic transmission and a sunroof. The 500 will come with a four-year or 50,000-mile, bumper-to-bumper warranty. Routine maintenance is included for three years. Visit [http://www.heritagefiat.com for more information.
