In his keynote address, “Digital Fitness: A Matter of Survival for PR Professionals,” Bough, who is also the co-author of the 2010 book Perspectives on Social Media Marketing, will share how PepsiCo has embedded digital into the DNA of its consumer engagement strategies to drive breakthrough results.
