State Collection Service, Inc. proudly announces the acceptance of Mr. Terry Armstrong to the role of President.

State Collection Service, Inc. is proud to introduce Mr. Terry Armstrong as the company’s new President. Terry comes to State Collection Service with over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, both within a provider setting as well as an outsourcing partner. His previous leadership roles with Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) and Perot Systems have given Terry the expertise and strategic vision necessary to continue leading State Collection Service on its current successful growth trajectory. Most importantly, he has been a friend of the company for over 35 years.

Thomas Haag, owner of State Collection Service, will remain the company’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. After nearly five decades with State Collection Service, Tom understands the tremendous opportunity the company has in the accounts receivable marketplace. “I am confident that Terry will help the company move to the next level. Bringing Terry on board is a huge step forward for the company and shows our commitment to investing in the future for our clients and employees,” said Tom recently.

Terry Armstrong began his new role with State Collection Service on June 1, 2011.
