"I gave my girlfriend an iPod for her birthday along with a card describing a fun date night I had planned for us,” explains Karpman, Datevitation's founder. “When she was visibly more excited about the card than the iPod, I knew I was on to something."
Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) June 22, 2011
Los Angeles-based Datevitation launched today as the world’s first online platform for creating custom love coupons and gift books.
Datevitation offers a library of over 200 love coupons — fun dates and activities to be shared and enjoyed by couples. Date options range from miniature golf to romantic strolls to naughty, adult-only activities.
Unlike the pre-packaged love coupon books currently on the market, Datevitation enables customers to choose which date coupons they want to give and then customize each coupon with a personal message. With straight, gay, and lesbian versions of every love coupon available, the Datevitation platform was designed for all couples, regardless of sexual orientation.
“This all started when I gave my girlfriend an iPod for her birthday along with a card describing a fun date night I had planned for us,” explains Alex Karpman, founder of Datevitation. “When she was visibly more excited about the card than the iPod, I knew I was onto something. I set out to build tools and a platform to help anyone in a relationship create the most unique, thoughtful, and romantic gift imaginable. It’s all about giving your special someone the gift of having fun and spending time together.”
Datevitation gift books start at $5 for a custom book of five love coupons. Additional coupons are $1 each.
Datevitation is the web’s first custom love coupon book platform. Launched in 2011, Datevitation enables consumers to create personalized gift books that inspire couples to have fun and spend time together. For more information, visit http://datevitation.com
