Owner Christine Butler of BookendZ is pleased to announce that BookendZ has recently been AAA Certified for Confidential Document Destruction by the National Association for Information Destruction, Inc. (NAID). “When BookendZ was founded, our goal was to offer the highest quality of service possible. It was only natural, then, to seek NAID Certification. This certification represents to our clients that we truly are dedicated to providing secure, professional, quality services in the data destruction field,” said Butler after obtaining NAID certification.
National Association for Information Destruction, Inc., a non-profit association formed in 1993, educates businesses and the government about the need for the careful destruction of confidential documents. The NAID Certification Program establishes standards for a secure destruction process including such areas as operational security, employee hiring and screening, the destruction process, responsible disposal and insurance. Yearly audits are conducted to ensure BookendZ continues to meet NAID’s policies regarding information protection, confidentiality, due diligence and compliance with industry standards and ethics.
