Drexel University Online, a leader in online degree programs, has added a new online master’s in nursing program to its offerings, the MSN Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, from Drexel’s College of Nursing and Health Professions.
The MSN Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner provides advanced nursing care across the continuum of healthcare services to meet the specialized physiological needs of patients from infancy through adolescence. Pediatric Nurse Practitioners competently manage well-child care as well as complex, acute, and chronic healthcare conditions. Upon completion of the program, students are eligible for pediatric primary care nurse practitioner certification through ANCC or PNCB.
Synchronous online lectures are offered in a highly interactive, e-learning method that challenges and engages students and is intended for working professionals. Students will have 24/7 online access to class materials, group discussion, instructor feedback, and exams.
“We’re very proud to offer our students the outstanding Drexel curriculum within this convenient online format,” said Dr. Kenneth Hartman, academic director for Drexel University Online. “All of our online programs, including our MSN Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner program, are taught by the same world-renowned faculty as our on-campus courses.”
Applications for Drexel’s MSN Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner program are now being accepted. For more information, visit drexel.com, e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org, or call (877) 215-0009.
