“The Flying Camels have made their nation proud by raising the Omani flag for the second consecutive year, leading the world-wide digital literacy race,” said Marie Taylor, Chief Executive Officer, Global Skills LLC. “A positive attitude is important, but it is only part of the process. Understanding how to surmount obstacles and difficulties is a vital component in succeeding and creating a winning environment in order for your team to achieve. We are glad to build on our success and hope that the forthcoming year will be bigger and better.”

In its sixth year as an international competition, teams competing in the 2011 IC³ World Cup earned points as team members individually prepared for and achieved the IC³ credential.

“The IC³ World Cup was designed to motivate students to seek certification, and it has been a great success over the past six years,” said Ray Kelly, Chief Executive Officer, Certiport. “Every year a greater number of individuals earn certification during the competition, with an astonishing 19,800 IC³ certifications earned this year.”
