As part of its international growth strategy, KidzArt, the leading art franchise worldwide, announced its continued expansion with two new franchise partners signing on in Saudi Arabia and Malta. Responding to an increase in demand for children’s creative educational services, KidzArt has added a dozen new franchises internationally in the past two years.

KidzArt provides fine arts classes for kids of all ages and has a philosophy based on using right brain skills to develop creativity. With eleven new franchises opening in the Middle East and Southeast Asia in the past two years, KidzArt's development in these areas is not a coincidence. To prepare for the global economy, a new generation of parents is advocating that their children expand their creative thinking skills to develop their resourcefulness, imagination and originality.

According to Joel Lazarovitz, international franchise development for KidzArt, "Franchisors with great children’s concepts, such as KidzArt, are finding strong franchisees/marketers who are looking to grow unique brands. In Saudi Arabia, forty percent of the population is under the age of sixteen, so it and similar markets are ripe for distinctive educational programs for children."

Ms. Sahar Aldahash, KidzArt's Master Franchisee for Saudi Arabia, has plans to open a children's enrichment center in Riyadh. Aldahash will offer multiple children's brands under one umbrella where children can be educated and entertained with unique curriculum. Aldahash has purchased the rights to open seven KidzArt franchises in Saudi Arabia in the next ten years.

"Our mission is to optimize the development of every child by offering a bundle of world renowned, dynamic programs that facilitate learning to explore, thinking critically, expressing clearly, and connecting ideas creatively," says Aldahash. "We support each child’s journey toward his or her social, emotional, cognitive, physical, and aesthetic potential. We will be opening other KidzArt centers in other major cities in Saudi Arabia and are already receiving offers from interested parties regarding this development."

In Malta, educators Philip and Simone Stilon will open the first European KidzArt franchise this summer. With the strong instructional background, the Stilon's embrace the concept that learning shouldn't be a chore but a pleasure and art can open children's eyes to the world as well as their minds and hearts.

From 2009 to the present, KidzArt has signed on twelve international franchisees and currently have another pending in the Philippines. Through KidzArt’s expansion, the organization will leverage partnerships to enhance its curriculum to make it attractive to more countries and cultures around the world.
