Fueled by Growth, Canvas Prints E-Commerce Company Plans on Aggressive Hiring Amid Weak US, UK Job Market. Hires First-Ever Chief Marketing Officer, Victor K. Lee., the global leader in custom canvas printing, announces its plans to hire 50 employees by June, 2013. These jobs consist of marketing, plant management, customer service, and production responsibilities. New offices, including a state of the art production plant in Nevada, are scheduled to be leased by September, 2011.

"Fifty jobs won't put a dent into the US Department of Labor's unemployment statistics," says newly appointed Chief Marketing Officer, Victor K. Lee. "But symbolically it means everything because the job market needs good news like this."

Mr. Lee, 36, is a 14-year veteran in Internet marketing. Previously, he served in executive roles at high-growth startup agencies. Mr. Lee's accomplishments include stewarding his employers to multi-million dollar growth valuation and investor-exit opportunities. He holds an Executive Information Technology Management degree from Columbia University, and a B.A. in Philosophy from Boston University.

"Hiring Victor is a statement of commitment that we as a company demand the best talent available," says CEO Tim Wickham. "His track record speaks for itself, and he is proven to be very hands-on, producing on a number of different fronts. I look forward to working with Victor as he contributes solutions to our biggest corporate strategies in the canvas printing industry."

An exclusive Questions and Answers interview with Mr. Lee (VKL) follows:

Q: "When did you decide to accept the job as Chief Marketing Officer?"
VKL: "I accepted the offer in April. So with this announcement, I've passed my three-month review satisfactorily. But more importantly, I'm the one who's satisfied (with the job)."

Q: "And why are you satisfied with the job?"
VKL: "Canvas4Life is poised for massive growth prospects, and it's a great equity opportunity for me to shepherd our resources so we can realize our vision- To be the world's undisputed choice for custom canvas printing. The culture here allows for a very open and collaborative management drive without any bureaucracy. It's really a privilege to be here in these early stages of growth. Canvas4Life will be a company to watch."

Q: "You mentioned equity. Do you own stock in the company?"
VKL: "Yes, I do. Tim, our CEO, made sure to align my interests with the company's. Being a key executive but also a partner is what I've done in the past, and developmentally it keeps me on track to doing what I enjoy- organically creating value using a very hands-on approach."

Q: "What do you see as your initial challenges?"
VKL: "Sustaining our momentum based on the best pricing and value in the canvas printing industry isn't hard. It's the dedication involved in getting our new marketing channels off the ground that's hard. But it's happening. With our new hires, we'll get there that much faster, and we'll reach even more customers for their photos onto canvas needs."

Q: "Thank you for helping me to transition to jobs! Where can job seekers learn more?"
VKL: "You're welcome! (Laughs). People can go to the careers section on our website."

Q: "What's the oddest thing about Victor Lee?"
VKL: "On long days at the office when I can't make the gym, I do 1000 jumping jacks spread throughout the day."

Q: "Who are your role models?"
VKL: "Too many. But here are some: Jeff Immelt (GE CEO), Reed Hastings (Netflix CEO), Yi Soon Shin (Korean Admiral), Joshua Lawrence Chamberlain (US Civil War Lt. Colonel), and my father."
