vFlyer, the premier online marketing service, unveiled its new small- and medium-sized business website management service, vSites, at the National Apartment Association conference in Las Vegas this week. This new service, which allows apartment communities and other businesses to easily build and manage attractive, user-friendly websites, complements vFlyer’s existing service, already used by tens of thousands of apartment communities and property management companies to market their available units online.

vSites distinguishes itself from other site builders primarily by its ease of use and affordability. A “Site Wizard” makes the initial website setup process fast and easy. From there, it’s simple to add and edit text, photos, and other content to the site. Users can also easily edit the site theme, change the layout of a page, and move content from one page to another. As for affordability, the creation of community websites has typically been a costly proposition for property management firms. Subscriptions to vSites start at $14.95/month, giving apartment communities and property management companies a cost-effective website solution.

The new website platform offers components to set up community profiles, photo galleries, and floor plans, among other content types. The service also interfaces with the vFlyer marketing suite to pull listings of available units into the website. In addition, vSites simplifies the process of integrating content created in social networks, for instance, providing a Facebook component that enables site visitors to “Like” the community or a specific page on the site.

vFlyer also leverages its Agency Edition management capabilities with vSites. Marketing departments for property management companies can create sub-accounts for their apartment communities and each sub-account can have its own website, all of which will be accessible from the corporate account. Corporate Marketing can also choose to delegate access to property managers to manage a specific site.

vFlyer is demoing its products at booth 2381 at the National Apartment Association Conference from June 23-25. It will officially launch vSites on July 12, 2011. Please email sales(at)vflyer(dot)com to schedule a demo or easily create a site at http://www.vflyer.com starting on July 12.
