Autumn Colors (published by AuthorHouse) by Dawn Lajeunesse is a story of love now and love lost, of love forgotten and love resurrected.

Autumn Colors tells the story of Kerry and Charles, who have been married 20 years. However, Kerry never really said goodbye to her first fiancé, Tom, who died tragically nearly 30 years ago. Charles is a loving and patient man, but the persistent presence of Tom gradually erodes their relationship.

The death of Tom’s mother triggers memories and opens old wounds. After attending the service, Kerry finally finds the closure she’s needed for years. Inspired and in love, she rushes home to tell Charles how much she loves and needs him. Unfortunately, when she returns home, Charles is nowhere to be found – he has decided to leave her. Frantically, she sets out to prove her love to Charles, but does she have what it takes to rebuild the relationship she carelessly took for granted for so long?

Autumn Colors was rated four stars (out of five) by ForeWord Clarion Review:

"This talented author knows how to evoke emotion, so much so that delving into her work hurts….Autumn Colors is an enlightening, though often aching, reflection on young love brought to a catastrophic end and a poignant description of spiritual healing. Expect more from this gifted writer." -    Julia Ann Carpenter, ForeWord Clarion Review

Autumn Colors reminds readers to tell the important people in their lives that they love them, because in another minute that opportunity could be gone.
