Wellesley, MA (PRWEB) June 25, 2011
Radaris, a free comprehensive people search engine, announces the launch of its new customer feedback and support tool on its website today. Radaris is using the company User Voice, a helpdesk solutions site, to provide the service.
One way to access the tool is through the pop out box on the Radaris homepage at http://www.radaris.com. The box appears as a bar on the middle left hand side of the screen on the website. A second way to access this new feedback service is by going to support.radaris.com.
Radaris decided to initiate the new tool in order to better serve its customers. With as many as 6,000,000 unique visitors per month, the company needed an easy and organized way to respond to the high amount of user interaction.
The new feedback tool will allow users to post their suggestions and ideas for the site in a singular place. This way, Radaris will be able to better compare suggestions and implement the best ones much faster than before.
Radaris’ primary customer service representative Jessica Mederios says, “I love this new service; it is effective and efficient. I look forward to our customer’s responses to the new tool!”
