To be rolled-out nationally after successful Pilot at Augusta Chronicle

InSequent (http://www.insequent.com) today announced that Morris Publishing Group (http://www.morris.com) has selected them as their mobile marketing solution provider. InSequent’s solution will be offered as a standalone option, as well as bundled with various ad products, and sold by the company’s ad sales force. Morris has numerous daily and non-daily newspapers, radio properties as well as magazines and visitor guides such as Where Magazine, available in most major metros in the US.

InSequent is also announcing that Times Shamrock Communications (http://www.timesshamrock.com), publisher of newspapers and radio stations in central and northeast US, has similarly chosen them.

Initially piloted by Morris’ Augusta Chronicle, the service is now being expanded to Jacksonville and the Florida Times-Union. Times Shamrock has selected six markets where they will run a pilot.

Michael Romaner, President of Morris Digital Works said, “we looked at most of the solutions on the market and kept coming back to InSequent because it was complete, professionally packaged and easy to implement and use. It is what we wanted to be able to offer our local business advertisers and are now successfully doing.”

Jodi Bell, Vice President of Advertising for the Augusta Chronicle added, “Our customers wanted a mobile marketing solution and we had to offer it or someone else would have. We have a full menu of print and digital products we offer our advertisers and the InSequent solution threads through all of them. The initial response has been quite encouraging and we are now rolling it out to all of our advertisers.”

“We’ve had a great experience with Morris and Augusta. During the first year of operation we built what we believe is the right solution for the local business. Now we are receiving live input from our customers and that’s driving future development. Between these two partner signings we have a path into hundreds of markets across the US,” said Mark Porter, CEO of InSequent.
