Alabama Real Estate Institute, http://www.AlabamaRealEstateInstitute.com , has served Realtors® in the Alabama Gulf Coast region for many years, and the expansion into all major cities in Alabama was a natural progression. Now, in addition to offering superior real estate classes in the Alabama Gulf Coast area, AREI is responding to consumer and Realtor® requests by providing the same quality services to Realtors® in all cities in Alabama including Montgomery, Tuscaloosa, Dothan, Auburn, Birmingham, Huntsville, Quad cities and all Sand Mountain cities.
Alabama Real Estate Institute is thrilled to announce two new programs that make the expansion possible. “Effective June 1, 2011, we are offering real estate brokerage firms in Alabama the opportunity to partner with Alabama Real Estate Institute through our new ‘Affiliation Program’,” according to James Anderson, school Administrator. An affiliation with the school will provide real estate agencies considerable recruiting incentives for hiring new agents. The agencies will have quick access for personalized training and productivity coaching while assuring their agents they will receive accurate information pertaining to laws, rules and regulations of state and federal governmental agencies.
In addition to the “Affiliation Program,” Alabama Real Estate Institute proudly announces the first “Scholarship Program” offered to Alabamians for the purpose of meeting educational requirements of the Alabama Real Estate Commission; which permits a person to sit for the state exam prior to getting their license to list and sell real estate in Alabama. The “Scholarship Program” incorporates personalized training for agents that are establishing a new career in real estate, and continues with professional productivity coaching through their first year in business. Hands-on training during the initial 12 months in real estate is crucial for learning correct methods and techniques that are productive. In addition, the program keeps new agents from forming bad, non-productive habits. Upon completing the one-year program, the agent has the option to continue with personal coaching for an extended period of time. It has been statistically proven that agent often moves their license from one company to another in search of training and educational needs. These programs will definitely help improve the agent retention rate while substantiating other agents reasoning for wanting to be licensed with their firm.
