Mr. Reynolds will have responsibility for developing the company’s strategic plan for future growth through identifying and closing new business opportunities. Mr. Reynolds will report directly to Jim Travers, FleetMatics CEO.

Mr. Reynolds has over 15 years of successful experience helping software businesses grow through targeted new business development initiatives. His prior experience includes senior executive roles as SVP of Corporate Development at Art Technology Inc, a publically traded e-commerce software provider recently acquired by Oracle. Prior to that he had a successful 5-year career as VP of Corporate Development with Hyperion Solutions Inc., a publically traded software solution provider where he led several significant acquisition transactions. Mr. Reynolds holds a bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College and a MBA from Cornell University.
