The Desert Foot Conference is an educational program designed to enable participants to improve clinical care for patients with diabetes and to enhance communication among podiatric physicians and other foot care professionals. It will serve as a resource to obtain up to date information on theory and management of diabetic foot disorders and serve as a venue to highlight research into the Diabetic Foot. Targeted professionals include podiatrists, nurses and wound care specialists.

The Desert Foot Conference is a Multispecialty High Risk Diabetic Foot Conference and is designed to enable podiatric healthcare professionals to improve clinical care for patients with diabetes and to enhance communication among physicians and other foot care professionals. The renowned Robert Frykberg, DPM, MPH is Chairman of Desert Foot. Topics will include wound technology, diabetic limb salvage vascular surgery. Co-Chairs include Jeffrey Robbins, DPM, Dane Wukich, MD and Cynthia Fleck, RN, MBA. CME credits are offered with every lecture and are expected to total 22.
