Sandstone Apartment Community Wins Beautification Award

On Wednesday, July 6, 2011, the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce will present the Renovation of the Month Beautification Award to Sandstone Apartments for its recent exterior and interior renovations.

Property Manager Veronica Mier will be accepting this award on behalf of Venterra Realty Management Company for Sandstone apartments.

“I am extremely honored that Sandstone is being chosen for this award. When you’re involved in a rehab, you are focusing all of your energy on the process and in making sure that every corner is covered. Our goal in the end was to have a beautiful community that will make a difference in the lives of our residents as well as our Pasadena community. The finished product was our reward. The Beautification Award from the Chamber is the icing on the cake.”

Veronica’s tireless efforts in enhancing the overall appearance of the Sandstone apartment community and the Pasadena community as a whole helped to achieve this great honor. The Pasadena Chamber of Commerce will be presenting the Beautification Award for Renovation of the Month to Sandstone on July 6, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. at Sandstone’s leasing office. Veronica and her staff will receive a plaque and recognition in the Chamber of Commerce newsletter for their hard work and diligent efforts in keeping Pasadena beautiful.

Sandstone Apartments, located at 4201 Fairmont Parkway, is professionally managed by Venterra Realty. Built in 1979, Sandstone has been a place for Pasadena denizens to call home for over 30 years. Venterra acquired Sandstone in 2003 and began an exterior rehab rather recently which brought the community up to today’s standards and breathed new life into this community. The maintenance staff does an excellent job of maintaining the property, which is vital to the success and longevity of the community. Sandstone has been a member of the Chamber for seven years and continuously provides superior customer service and an exceptional living experience to its residents.
