Ms Jennie Ossentjuk joins IncentOne as the VP of Client Services and Product Management. Ms. Ossentjuk is an industry veteran with over 20 years of experience working with the senior leadership teams of major healthcare market players to define the optimal use of software applications in support of business needs and market strategies. Before joining IncentOne, Jennie spent 3 years at Ingenix in client management and product roles, including Director of Client Services and Director of Product Development. Prior to Ingenix, Jennie spent 11 years with McKesson Health Solutions in various strategic roles in client services and software delivery, including Product Manager for a Business Intelligence product supporting comprehensive care management. Jennie’s expertise in informatics was developed as she designed and executed pay-for-performance solutions that were used to evaluate physicians in the mid 1990’s. Jennie is a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma for Healthcare and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Jennie will oversee all client, product management, analytics and implementation services for IncentOne.
Mr. Michael Rappaport joins IncentOne as the VP of Information Technology. Mr. Rappaport has spent over 15 years in healthcare. For the past 12 years, he was senior manager of eCommerce Strategy & Delivery for Medco Health Solutions. In this role, he managed and delivered many different projects across multiple physical environments including all aspects of several mission critical applications. Michael also drove usage of Carnegie Mellon’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) methods and Six Sigma process improvement methods throughout his organization at Medco. In addition, Michael had responsibility for architecting, developing, and delivering solutions to meet critical government mandated deadlines for compliance with regulations such as Medicare Part D, HIPAA privacy, and HIPAA security.
