Steven B. Wiley and the Lincoln Leadership Institute at Gettysburg (LLI) are pleased to announce the formation of a partnership with the Center for Human Capital Innovation (CHCI), a think-tank dedicated to improving the performance and effectiveness of federal government operations.
LLI Founder and President Steven B. Wiley and the Lincoln Leadership Institute’s esteemed faculty apply leadership lessons drawn from the Battle of Gettysburg—one of the most critical battles of the Civil War that resulted in 51,000 casualties—to the challenges corporate and government entities face in today’s ever-changing business and organizational climate.
As part of the LLI/CHCI partnership, the Lincoln Leadership Institute will serve as a member of CHCI’s advisory board, advising CHCI on current and proposed initiatives and programs; will be featured in CHCI webcasts; will co-sponsor research white papers, CHCI workshops and courses; and will be a sponsor at CHCI live events and conferences.
