Do! Design, a healthcare marketing agency based in Tallahassee, once again took home top honors at the 2011 Georgia Healthcare Association annual marketing awards, winning the Best of Show award for their work for Henry Medical Center.
The winning entry was for the “Real Men Wear Pink” marketing campaign created for Henry Medical Center to promote breast cancer awareness. In addition to Best of Show, the agency won 4 Gold awards for overall marketing campaign, print advertising campaign, single audience publication, brochure, and 2 Silver awards for newsletter and advertising campaign.
“We’re very excited. It’s a testament to the quality of work we do for our clients when it translates to both great results and award-winning work,” said Doug Oakes, president of Do! Design. “It is especially rewarding to be recognized by professionals on the front lines of healthcare marketing.”
The Georgia Healthcare Association presents their annual Target Awards to recognize marketing and public relations excellence each year. A panel of judges made up of marketing directors at hospitals from North Carolina and South Carolina chose the winners, based on creativity, strategic thinking and campaign results.
