River Club Vero Beach, FL Announces New Home Series and New Pricing For Last New-Home Community on the Island

River Club’s new owner, an affiliate of Ironshore Capital, LLC, acquired the community debt-free in 2010 and has since revitalized and improved the community. A new series of home selections and riverfront estates are now available. River Club is the last new-home community on the island.

River Club, a private 120-acre residential community on A1A, and the last new home community on the scenic barrier island , kicks off summer with the release of unique homesites and the presale of River Club’s new homes at improved pricing. Single family homes, including homesite, start from the low $600,000s to more than $1 million. Riverfront estate homes are available from $1,675,000 million and up.

Palm Coast Development, the community’s exclusive builder, will launch six new floorplans. “The Cottage Series,” designed especially for River Club, will be priced from the $600,000s. River Club features more than 15 acres of sparkling lakes and water views from 70 homesites, including 13 overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. “We are delighted to have the opportunity to contribute our unique capabilities toward the success of River Club,” stated Robert McNally president of Palm Coast Development. “We’ve worked long and hard to develop a handsome product line that’s priced competitively but doesn’t compromise on the quality that Palm Coast and River Club are known for.” More than 50 percent of River Club’s planned 179 residences have been sold to date. An affiliate of Ironshore Capital, LLC, River Club’s new owner, recently acquired, revitalized and stabilized the project using no debt. “This makes River Club uniquely desirable for several reasons,” states Jack Rodgers, Ironshore’s representative residing in Vero Beach. “Many communities would have to operate at a loss to sell homes of River Club’s quality at comparable prices. Because we acquired and recapitalized River Club in 2010, we can profitably offer a quality product priced for a post-bubble market.
