Earl Devaney, Chairman, Recovery Accountability and Transparency will be delivering a keynote at the September 12-13, 2011 Conference. Mr. Devaney is a veteran public official dedicated to accountability and transparency in government and heads the Recovery Board which is responsible for monitoring all stimulus package spending for fraud, waste, and abuse.

On June 13, 2011, President Obama signed an executive order titled “Delivering an Efficient, Effective and Accountable Government” and named Devaney to head the 11-member Oversight and Accountability Board. Vice President Biden credited Devaney’s work tracking spending at the Recovery Board which “set the standard for transparency and accountability and comes with a high bar.”

Biden expects the Campaign to Cut Government Waste will replicate governmentwide the “modern technology” and “sophisticated tools” that Devaney’s Recovery Board set up to track funding, based on consultations with the FBI, the CIA, the Defense Department and the Homeland Security Department.

David Williams, Inspector General, USPS OIG, will be a featured speaker at Predictive Analytics World for Government with his session: “Pursuit Through Cyberspace – Predictive Analytics”.

Mr. Williams was sworn in as the second independent Inspector General (IG) for the U.S. Postal Service on August 20, 2003.
