Spring Creek Group, a leading social marketing agency, today announced tech industry veteran Kevin O'Reilly has been appointed as Director of Social Marketing Analytics + Research. O’Reilly joins Spring Creek Group after over a decade leading analytics and business intelligence programs for global consumer brands, including Expedia and T-Mobile.

  •     Spring Creek Group has named Kevin O’Reilly Director of Social Marketing Analytics + Research. In his new position, O’Reilly will help define and evolve Spring Creek Group’s portfolio of analytics services – from strategy and planning, to execution, measurement, and optimization.
  •     O’Reilly brings more than a decade of experience leading analytics and business intelligence initiatives at leading global companies. Prior to joining Spring Creek Group, O’Reilly served as Senior Manager of Business Intelligence at Expedia. Previously, O’Reilly spent five years at T-Mobile in the company’s Loyalty and Strategy Analysis division, where he pioneered its loyalty segmentation and customer insight models.
  •     Spring Creek Group’s Analytics + Research division offers sophisticated analytics and measurement services, including brand listening and monitoring tools; brand frequency, sentiment, and share-of-voice analysis and reporting; key influencer/top domain identification; and benchmarking reports and custom dashboards. The division leverages industry-leading analytics tools from Visible Technologies, Radian6, Meteor Solutions, Alterian SM2, and others to present clients with actionable insights.
