ORTEC, a leading provider of routing, scheduling and pallet and load building software solutions, congratulates the 25 recipients of the annual Gartner Supply Chain Top 25*. The list, in its seventh year, identifies Fortune 500 companies that are pushing the envelope of supply chain innovation. Six ORTEC customers made this year’s list, three of which landed in the top 10.
Companies making the Gartner Top 25 are recognized for their ability to develop and execute advanced supply chain principles to gain competitive advantage, reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction. The Coca-Cola Company, P&G, and Tesco are some of the ORTEC customers that made this year’s list. The 2011 recipients were selected based on financial performance including growth and inventory velocity and a vote by industry peers and a Gartner analyst panel.
“A number of today’s leading companies are at the forefront of supply chain strategy and innovation. To be named within the top 25 is quite an accomplishment,” Don Addington, ORTEC’s President of the Americas, remarked. “Congratulations to our customers and the other outstanding companies recognized on this year’s Gartner Research Supply Chain Top 25.”
