The California Gift Show unveils JCLA as a 'Fresh Find' this weekend. A new designer has been picked as a "Fresh Find' for this weekend's California Gift Show. Buyers will see what all the fuss is about at designer Jeanne Chinn's JCLA Inc. booth (#2145 in South Hall) at the LA Convention Center for the company's first trade show.

Actor Jeanne Chinn’s ah-ha moment has turned into a fashion must have for pet lovers. Tired of soiled linings forcing her handbags into early retirement, Jeanne designed and manufactured the first and only couture bag with snap out, washable linings. Her designs zero in on what makes life easier for her customers. Jeanne's stubborn design sensibilities set her apart from masses of designers who are most concerned with what's easier and cheaper to manufacture. JCLA (Jeanne Chinn, Los Angeles) values attention to detail, as evidenced by the sculpted golden purse paws that adorn the bottom of every bag.

Chinn is a bulldog when it comes to animal rescue. "When people mistreat and discard animals like old toys it creates an endless cycle of overflowing shelters and senseless euthanizations.
