Neal Communities proudly announces the grand opening of Longview Lake Park, the final neighborhood to open in Central Park at Lakewood Ranch.

Neal Communities opens Longview Lake Park, the newest neighborhood of new homes in Central Park at Lakewood Ranch. There are 136 home sites, for homes from 2267 to 2912 square feet—the largest Neal is building in Central Park. Neal’s new Harmony model, a three bedroom, two bath with bonus room home, is now open to the public. There will be four models from the Bradenton home builder, all priced from the mid $200,000s. Longview Lake Park is the sixth and final neighborhood to open in Central Park, and the Harmony is Neal’s 11th model featured in Central Park.

“These are spectacular homes at desirable prices,” observes Jonnie Dwyer, Area Sales Manager at Central Park. “This is the best opportunity for the most home and great value in Lakewood Ranch.”

Central Park features the most popular floor plans with a Florida feel-- each light and airy, designed for a carefree lifestyle. Neal Communities is also building a gated, maintenance-included section within the Longview Lake Park neighborhood.

“We created Central Park to meet the lifestyles of today’s buyers. Clearly we’ve hit the mark, as we’ve sold more than 115 homes since opening less than one year ago,” says Neal Communities President Pat Neal.

Longview Lake Park is named for a popular recreational park in Jackson County, Missouri. A nature-friendly neighborhood, its focal points are two lakes – one is the largest in Central Park. The community itself is ideal for people who like to walk, jog, bike or skate. Wide, connected sidewalks make navigating the neighborhood both safe and enjoyable. Central Park also features a 10-acre park with a splash fountain, dog parks, a pavilion, tennis courts, a butterfly garden, ball fields and an adventure playground. It is conveniently located close to schools, stores, restaurants, offices and the Lakewood Ranch YMCA.

Cardel Homes and Lee Wetherington Homes are also building in Longview Lake Park. Cardel’s model, the Docetto will have four bedrooms,a den, and three baths within its 3233 square feet. It is priced from the high $300,000s. Lee Wetherington is building the Springfield II model, a 2945 square foot home, with four floor plans available. The homes are on the largest home sites in Central Park and are priced from the $300,000s.
