Xora Names New Vice President of Customers To Lead World-Class Engagement, Retention and Growth Strategies

Howard Latham brings knowledgeable, creative and disciplined approach to customer programs

Xora, Inc., a global leader in mobile enterprise applications that turn any wireless mobile device into a productivity tool, today announced it has named Howard Latham to the newly created position of Vice President of Customers. An 18-year veteran of IBM who also has held leadership positions at emerging growth software companies, Latham will be responsible for all aspects of customer engagement, retention and growth. This includes onboarding, training, account management, customer community building, professional services and support. He will report to Xora President and CEO Anne Bonaparte and work out of the company’s offices in Eagan, Minnesota.

In addition, as a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, he has a proven ability to transform customer relationships through disciplined, data-driven strategies and programs.”

Latham joins Xora from API Outsourcing, a cloud-based finance and accounting outsourcing solution leader, where he was Executive Vice President. Previously, he was President and CEO of VISTAinfo, a NASDAQ-traded information provider for the real estate industry, and Vice President and General Manager of Moore Data Management Services. Latham began his career at IBM, where he held sales, service and operational leadership roles, crossing several continents, most recently with the company’s Education and Training business. He has managed projects and operations in several U.S. cities, several cities in India and Minsk, Belarus.
