Internet Marketing and insurance sales training provider Astonish Results announced the completion of Beta trials and launch of its Customer Data Integration (CDI) Service allowing automated communication with Vertafore’s AMS360® insurance agency management system using Vertafore’s Web Service API.
Using the CDI Service, Astonish Results clients are able to have automated and instant communication between Astonish Results’ Virtual Profit Center and Vertafore’s AMS360®. This service updates customer contact and insurance policy data in real time to both services. When a new contact or policy is created in AMS360® it is instantly sent to the Virtual Profit Center for automated email campaigns and sales cycle management. Users within the Virtual Profit Center have a one click option to add or update contact and policy information in AMS360®. This creates a truly seamless interaction between the two systems.
