Les Clefs d’Or USA is the only national association of professional hotel concierges in the United States. Representing more than 100,000 hotel rooms nightly at more than 25 four and five star properties across the country, members of Les Clefs d’Or (“keys of gold” in French) wear a lapel pin of crossed gold keys, the international symbol of the organization. Orlanska was appointed Chef Concierge at The Benjamin hotel in 2007. In addition to this role, Anya also serves as the hotel’s official Sleep Concierge, the first and only in the country.
