Courchene Development Corporation is bringing their expertise to Old Palm Golf Club, building a model in the Golf Estates neighborhood.

Courchene Development Corporation recently broke ground on their model homes in the Golf Estates neighborhood at Old Palm Golf Club, a private, gated community in the heart of Palm Beach Gardens.

The company is bringing its expertise in building custom-designed homes to the Golf Estates neighborhood, where home are priced from $1.2 million. Courchene’s new models will incorporate ideas generated by the custom homes that are part of the company’s heritage, and Paul Courchene, president of the family-owned company, said that there would be some customization offered to the purchasers of the model homes they will build in Old Palm Golf Club. He added that these homes will feature new floor plans and elevations specifically designed for the Golf Estates neighborhood.

The first two homes Courchene Development Corporation will build are expected to be completed by the end of this year.

The Golf Estates is one of three neighborhoods within Old Palm Golf Club. The other neighborhoods include the Grand Estates, with half acre homesites and the Custom Estates, with one-acre homesites that are becoming a rarity in the northern Palm Beach County area.

Old Palm Golf Club secured new owners in September of 2010. The community is now owned by Old Palm Holdings, L.P., which is affiliated with approximately $200 million in equity capital controlled by Clarion Partners, one of the largest real estate investment managers in the country.

With a maximum of 330 equity memberships available, Old Palm Golf Club offers an easily scheduled tee time policy on the golf course; Clubhouse with three different dining experiences; a Fitness Center with state-of-the-art equipment; Spa; a resort-style Pool; spacious men’s and women’s locker rooms with lounge areas; and a Golf Studio, where members may improve their game using both V-1 technology and a variety of golf practice areas.
