Street Toyota promotes family in everything they do; therefore, the annual company picnic and Christmas party are looked forward to every year by coworkers.
Street Toyota is always looking for ways to bring family into the work place. Rick McLey, Brand Development Coordinator, is excited about the next company picnic.
“It’s a great way to see how much Street Toyota emphasizes family. What is important to me is also important to Street Toyota. My wife and I cannot wait until the next company get-together,” said McLey.
This year, Street Toyota’s company picnic was hosted on June 26, 2011 at the River Breaks Ranch. Food, fun and games were included on the festivities that day and one of the biggest activities included horse racing. Street Toyota employees placed bets on which horses would win and finally made a dash to collect their winnings at the end of the race.
Samantha Collum, Street Toyota’s Marketing and Design Manager, had a lot of fun.
“Surprisingly, everyone got really into the horse racing. Things got a bit heated, but it was all fun and games,” said Collum.
