Achieving a 26% year-over-year increase in contracted monthly recurring revenue from Q2-10, iCIMS continues to propel forward, adding nearly 75 new customers to its roster through June and 30 customers in one month alone. Trends in new customer acquisition show iCIMS' strength in the SMB market as well as more clients migrating to iCIMS off of competing applicant tracking systems. New customers include mid-market organizations like UMass Medical School, IDC, and Modell's as well as smaller companies like Vangard Management Group and Brown Distribution.
From a product perspective, iCIMS further laid the foundation for long-term sustainability with its 11.1 version of the Talent Platform. This release provides customers with enhanced Candidate Management and Employee Management capabilities, including candidate self-scheduling, historical data tracking, and social recruiting tools.
The first half of 2011 also brought accolades to iCIMS' Talent Platform.
