She will continue to oversee client projects and participate in the firm’s business development activities, playing an integral role in growth of the organization.

The nation’s leading health care strategy firm, Health Strategies & Solutions, Inc., is pleased to announce the promotion of Suzanne Borgos to principal. She will continue to oversee client projects and participate in the firm’s business development activities, playing an integral role in growth of the organization.

Borgos joined the firm as a senior consultant in 2008 and was promoted to manager in 2009. During her time with the HS&S, Suzanne has served as a valuable strategic resource for clients across the country. She helped facilitate the first joint strategic plan for an academic system in the Midwest; managed a strategic program planning process for an academic medical center in Texas, developing a vision and roadmap for the organization’s pediatric service line; and has been the driving force behind a facility planning engagement for a community hospital in the Northwest.

Prior to joining Health Strategies & Solutions, Borgos served in several administrative positions at North Shore-LIJ Health System, the nation’s third largest, non-profit, secular health care system. Most recently, she was senior administrative director for neurosurgery, with responsibility for day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and programmatic growth.

Borgos is an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives. She has earned master’s degrees in health administration and business administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Villanova University.
