NETtime Solutions announces the enhancement of their SaaS time and attendance solution with the addition of Seniority Scheduling.

Seniority Scheduling is a new feature designed to help managers and supervisors assign shifts based on skill, certification or seniority. An employee can have multiple seniorities depending on their various skill sets and schedules can be designated based on labor levels within the organization, such as location, department and job function.

Employers gain flexibility in managing their workforce as employees may be assigned to fill multiple job roles. Employees are given priority according to skill or seniority when schedules are assigned to them.
