Altair Customer Intelligence Continues to Grow in Challenging Times

Demand for cost effective marketing insight in the current economic environment has continued to highlight the solutions offered by Altair Customer Intelligence.

“The addition of talented employees to meet customer demand is a bright spot in our growth,” Steve Collins, President of Customer Analytics.

Despite a still sluggish economy, Altair Customer Intelligence has hired 3 new associates to fill the growing needs of its financial services sector. “We are seeing significant growth in retail banking as our client’s are adjusting to the new financial reform regulation,” said David Hadaway, CEO of Altair, “and we are pleased to be hiring to meet the growing need.”

“In today’s tough economic environment, companies have to do more with less,” continued Hadaway. “Our customer intelligence solution provides a very affordable means for our clients to gain easy access to their data to make better, smarter business decisions. These new employees will greatly enhance our ability to provide our clients the excellent service they are accustomed to.”

The new employees (joining the account management, database production, and sales departments), are also a continued part of Altair’s re-branding strategy. “We specifically looked for people that would build out our practice and could help our customers make more informed decisions and build out better strategies,” added Hadaway. “We needed people that could help our clients beyond just taking information and generating reports. We needed people that could help a client perform at a higher level.”

Scott Winter - Senior Account Manager

Scott has spent the last 13 years managing people, projects, and accounts. He worked at Franklin Covey for five years, managing retail stores and conducting time and life management training, specializing in PDA's and software. He followed that with almost seven years at Thomas Nelson Publishers, managing a software product line and creating some of the best-selling software products in Christian retail. Scott also has extensive experience in client relations, usually at the "C" level, relying on consultative skills to attain mutual benefit for his employer and their clients.

Scott will manage the day-to-day projects and communication for some of Altair's larger clients. His job is to make sure the client gets what they need, when they need it, and error free.

Troy Monroe- Senior Data Analyst

Troy joins Altair with over 15 years of programming and analytics experience. Most recently Troy worked at Harland Clarke as a Manager of Data Services. Prior to Harland Clarke, he was AVP Analyst/Programmer at Chevy Chase Bank for 9 years, working in the marketing department concentrating on reporting and analytics.

Troy will use his expertise to lead the data processing efforts for Altair by creating more efficient programs for database builds and client projects. His marketing experience will help him understand the end result our clients are looking for.

Randy Lenzen - Director of National Sales

Randy comes to Altair with 20+ years of experience in the marketing and advertising industry. He has spent time with Allant Group, and, most recently, KBM. Randy's first-hand experience in building data files from the ground up will give him the ability to guide clients through the maze of data and data processing, helping them reach their desired outcome.

Randy will consult with potential clients to help them find new ways of using only the “best” data to reach their customers better, gain a better understanding of who their customers are, and identifying new customers. Randy has a great understanding of multiple direct and indirect business and consumer marketing solutions. He has solid analytical problem solving skills, effective database modeling and scoring methods and the ability to segment, score and analyze your consumer marketing data.
