Cincinnati, OH (PRWEB) July 09, 2011
Founder of Ember Carriers Leadership Group, Mary Hladio, was invited to speak at the Fourth Annual Scholarship Golf Outing for the Executive Leadership and Organizational Change (ELOC) program at the NKU Haile U.S. Bank College of Business. The fundraiser takes place Saturday, July 9th at the Sharon Woods Golf Course.
Proceeds from the event will benefit an incoming student enrolled in ELOC, a program which focuses on leadership and organizational change as the primary components of effective business management. Hladio is a workplace expert and founder and president of an organizational performance and leadership development firm located in Blue Ash.
“The subject matter and skills offered through the ELOC program are based in the same philosophies I use in consulting with my clients,” Hladio said. “The workplace is changing more quickly and frequently all of the time and needs leaders who recognize continued learning and development are key components in successful business.”
Following the golf scramble, Hladio will kick off the evening portion of the event including dinner and a silent auction. Her presentation to ELOC and other NKU alumni, faculty and students will address the topic of “Insights into Change Management”.
A seasoned speaker, Hladio has more than 15 years of experience in senior leadership, human resources and business consulting. To keep up to date on Mary’s speaking engagements, connect with her on LinkedIn.
