After much anticipation, Mediaset Italia is now available in the U.S. for the first time. Following the completion of an affiliation agreement with Comcast, Mediaset Italia can now be seen in parts of Comcast’s Freedom region via subscription. Comcast launched the 24-hour Italian language channel direct from Italy into North and Central New Jersey and Bucks County, PA. The launch came in response to the growing need for additional Italian programming in one of the nation’s top Italian-speaking markets.

Mediaset Italia is a 24-hour Italian-language channel offering the best programming from Italy's top channels: Canale 5, Italia 1 and Retequattro. Its programming schedule is strategically created to offer the all of the key primetime offerings from all three channels in addition to the best general Italian language entertainment programming available.
